Kiara Pov:

I wonder how many versions of me exist in people's minds. The girl who smiles too much. or The girl who always looks sad. The one who talks endlessly. or The one who chooses silence. The one who never shows her feelings. or The one who wears her heart openly for the world to see. It's funny, isn't it? Everyone seems to know a different version of me.

But sometimes, I don't think anyone knows the version I become when I'm alone... when I'm lost in your thoughts. Do you know what heartbreak feels like? It's building an entire future around someone who doesn't even know they exist in it. I built my life around you. I've imagined a thousand versions of happiness, and somehow, you're in every single one of them. Because you are my happiness.

A small home. Quiet evenings. Shared laughter. A life that isn't extraordinary except for one simple fact---you are there. We are together. I know building your entire life around someone who doesn't even know you exist sounds wrong. i know it is. But it wasn't my fault that seven years ago, I saw you and fell in love. I never believed in love at first sight. I only read about it in novels.

I was nineteen then---a girl dreaming of independence, reading romance stories, imagining that one day she would meet the love of her life. I never thought those stories could become real. But they did. One bright, sunny afternoon, I looked up and saw a pair of heavenly green eyes. And in that moment, something inside me changed forever.

The world kept moving. People kept talking. Life continued around me. But I couldn't hear any of it. Because for the first time in my life, I felt it. That impossible feeling I had only read about. And somehow, without knowing your name, without speaking a single word to you, I knew. I had found my person. My heart had already chosen you. Long before you ever knew I existed.

And maybe that's what hurts the most. Because in my world, you are everything. And in your world, I don't even exist. Believe me, I tried to stop it. I tried to ignore the feelings, the butterflies, the way my heart reacted whenever your name was mentioned. When I first saw you, I convinced myself it was just a crush. Just a silly little crush. So I ignored it. Or at least, I tried to. But it didn't go away.

The next year, Dad told me that Singh Group was hosting an opening party. He mentioned that the special guests would be Aravi Romano and her son, Donato Romano. And my heart actually skipped a beat just hearing your name. By then, I already knew who you were. After seeing you at Rajput Group for the first time, I had asked Arav Bhai ( brother) about you. He told me you were new in the business world, that you had recently joined the family business, and that you were from Italy.

That should have been the end of it. Instead, I went home and searched for everything I could find about the Romanos. About you. Business magazines. Interviews. Articles. Photographs. Anything. You looked like someone who had stepped straight out of one of my fantasies. Someone completely beyond my reach.

And somehow, my crush only grew stronger. Then came the opening party. You probably don't remember it. But we actually met. For a brief moment. You accidentally bumped into me. You looked at me. You even apologized. But of course, you don't remember. Why would you? I was only twenty then and looked much younger than I do now. Besides, you meet hundreds of people every year. There was no reason for you to remember one random girl from India.

But I remembered. I remembered everything. The sound of your voice. The way you looked at me for those few seconds. The way my heart refused to calm down afterward. What I thought was a crush only became stronger. The desire to see you grew with every passing day. Then I heard you were staying in India for fifteen days that year.

And do you know what I did? Something I never imagined I would ever do. Something completely out of character for me. I bunk college. Just to see you. I went and stood outside your company building for hours, hoping for a glimpse of you. Just one glimpse. That was all I wanted. Just one look. And eventually, you walked out.

I still remember that moment. You were wearing a dark suit. Your phone was pressed against your ear while you talked to someone. You looked busy. Important. Untouchable. And unbelievably handsome. You didn't see me. You walked right past me without knowing I existed. But I stood there watching you until your car disappeared from sight.

And somehow, that single moment made my entire day. Looking back now, maybe I should have realized then that it was no longer a crush. Because people don't skip classes for a crush. People don't wait outside office buildings for hours for a crush. People don't memorize someone's smile, their voice, their eyes, and every little detail about them for years.

No. What I felt for you was already becoming something much bigger. Something dangerous. Something that would change my entire life. Even though you didn't know it yet. Things continued like that.

Whenever you came to India with your mother, I would find a way to see you from a distance. Sometimes it was only for a few minutes. Sometimes it was nothing more than watching your car disappear down a road. I don't know when my feelings became so deep. I only know that one day I realized something terrifying. I wanted you in my life.

Completely. I know that sounds possessive. Maybe it is. But that's who I am. it's how my heart loves. And its not like, I didn't think about confessing. I did. Many times. I imagined walking up to you and telling you everything. But then reality would hit me. How was I supposed to do it?

Was I supposed to stand in front of Donato Romano and say, "Hello, I love you. I've loved you for years"? You would have thought I was crazy. You would have rejected me before I could even finish speaking. Maybe you would have laughed. Maybe you would have been kind. But either way, I knew the answer would be no. So I buried the idea.

I convinced myself that loving you silently was enough. Life continued. I waited for every magazine interview that featured you. Every business article. Every television appearance. Every photograph. i have even your instagram id i've been following you since edges liking your post commenting on it. with my secret acc. Those little pieces of you became enough for me. Or at least, I told myself they were.

Then came the year everything changed. I heard that Ayush Bhai ( brother ) was traveling to Italy for an important case. And for some reason, I insisted on going with him. I don't know why. Maybe fate was pulling me there. Maybe destiny wanted to ruin everything. Or maybe it wanted to save me. I still don't know. But I went. I came to Italy. And there...I found something that changed everything. Something that changed me. That was where things started going wrong. thats when i started to stalking you.

And then year later I heard the interview where your mother was talking about your marriage. I cried until I couldn't breathe. I locked myself in my room and cried my heart out. I didn't know what to do. I had already told Ayush Bhai about my feelings for you by then. He found out somehow during our stay in Italy. It's a long story to tell.

Eventually, Dad knew too. Arab Bhai knew. Ayush Bhai knew. its because of the thing that went wrong. This three only people who know everything that went in my life what i did. And still, I didn't know what to do. I felt helpless. Lost. Terrified. Because every day brought you closer to another woman. i didnt realize when i shifted from romantic novel to sycho novel. i think there is something wrong with my mind. or maybe its the way my mind work.

So one day I went to my father. and I told him I wanted to marry you. At first, he refused. He was completely against it. By then, many things had already happened that should never have happened. Things I still haven't told you. Things that made him believe staying away from you was safer for everyone. He told me to forget you. To move on. To live my life. But I couldn't.

I was stubborn. Desperate. Completely in love with you. And eventually, he gave in. He agreed to speak to your family. He agreed to send a marriage proposal through your mother. Even then, I couldn't believe it. Everything felt too easy. Too perfect. I spent every day terrified that the truth that I and Dad, Arab Bhai, and Ayush Bhai were hiding would come out before the wedding. I was waiting for everything to collapse.

But somehow...It didn't. Luck was finally on my side. Everything went smoothly. And then I married you. The man I had loved for years. The man I had dreamed about. The man I had built my entire future around. For the first time in my life, I truly believed everything would be okay. I thought the worst was behind us.

I thought you would never discover the things I was hiding. I thought we could finally be happy. But life had other plans. Life always had other plans. Because just when I thought I had finally reached happiness...It slapped me in the cruelest way possible. Everything started falling apart again.

And now you're standing here believing I killed Tara because I loved you. But that's not why I killed her. I didn't kill Tara because I loved you. I killed her because she---"Kiara"

The voice broke through her thoughts like a stone thrown into still water. Someone was calling her name. "Kiara..."Her brows furrowed. The voice sounded distant.Faint. As if it was coming from very far away. She wanted to ignore it. She wanted to continue talking. To continue explaining. To continue telling Donato everything he didn't know.

But the voice came again. "Kiara..."This time it was clearer. Closer. More urgent. And suddenly she recognized it. Kavya. It was Kavya. Slowly, Kiara forced her eyes open. The first thing she saw was a bright white ceiling. The harsh hospital lights made her immediately squeeze her eyes shut again. A small groan escaped her lips. Everything hurt. Her head. Her chest.

Even breathing felt exhausting. A few seconds later, she gathered enough strength to open her eyes again. The room slowly came into focus. White walls. Medical equipment. The rhythmic beeping of monitors. The familiar smell of medicine. A hospital. Again.

"Kiara!" Kavya's relieved voice reached her instantly. "Oh thank God. You're awake." Kiara heard the worry in her voice. The genuine fear. But she didn't respond. She didn't want to. Because there was only one voice she wanted to hear. Only one person she wanted to see. Donato. Her husband. Her Ro. She was terrified.

Terrified that if she fully opened her eyes and looked around, she wouldn't find him. And somehow that possibility hurt more than the migraine pounding inside her skull. So she kept staring at the ceiling. Silent. Empty. Numb. "Oh, so I'm in a hospital again." The thought crossed her mind bitterly. "I wonder how many days I'll stay here this time." She slowly closed her eyes again. Trying to escape. to disappear. not to think.

"Is Kiara awake?" Another voice entered the room. This time she recognized it immediately. Aravi. Kiara's eyes fluttered open. And finally she turned her head. Kavya stood beside her bed. And next to her was Aravi. Both women looked exhausted. Worried. Frightened. As if they had spent days waiting for her to wake up.

Kiara stared at them in confusion. Worried? Why did aravi look worried? Wasn't Aravi angry with her? Shouldn't she hate her? After everything. After the lies. After the secrets. After Enzo. So why was she looking at her like this? Why was there fear in her eyes? Why did she look like a mother watching her sick child?

"Thank God you're okay, Kiara." Aravi's voice trembled slightly. The relief in her words sounded painfully genuine. "Do you need anything?" Kavya asked immediately, stepping closer. Kiara swallowed. Her throat felt dry. Burning. Like sandpaper. For a moment she struggled to speak. Then finally whispered,

"W-Water."

It was the first word she had spoken since waking up. Before Kavya could move, Aravi was already reaching for the glass on the bedside table. She quickly poured water and carefully slid one arm behind Kiara's shoulders. "Slowly," she whispered. "Don't rush." The same way a mother would speak to her daughter.

Kiara stared at her. Unable to understand. Unable to process it. Aravi gently lifted the glass to her lips. Helping her drink one small sip at a time. Making sure she didn't choke. Making sure she was comfortable. Making sure she was okay. When the glass was empty, Aravi placed it aside and brushed a few loose strands of hair away from Kiara's forehead.

The gesture was so natural. So affectionate. So familiar. And it shattered something inside Kiara. "Are you feeling better now?" Aravi asked softly. That softness. That kindness. That concern. It shouldn't have been there. Not after everything. Not after the pain she had caused. Not after the way she had destroyed this family. Yet it was. And suddenly tears gathered in Kiara's eyes.

Why? Why was Aravi still caring for her? Why was she still looking at her with concern? Didn't she hate her? Didn't she blame her? Didn't she wish she would disappear? Hadn't she ruined her son's life? Hadn't she destroyed her daughter's future? Hadn't she taken Enzo away from all of them?

A painful sob lodged itself in Kiara's throat. She quickly looked away. Because she couldn't bear it. The hatred she had prepared herself for would have been easier. Much easier. But this...This kindness. This forgiveness she didn't deserve. This concern she had no right to receive. It hurt far more than hatred ever could.

"What happened, Kiara? Is your head hurting?" Kavya asked immediately, noticing the tears gathering in her eyes. Kiara slowly shook her head. No. It wasn't the pain. Or maybe it was. But not the kind of pain medicine could fix. Her eyes moved toward Aravi. "M-Mom..." she whispered weakly.

Aravi instantly leaned closer to her bed. "Yes?" she asked softly. "Do you need something?" The concern in her voice made Kiara's chest tighten. Fresh tears slipped down her cheeks. "I-I'm sorry, Mom." Her voice broke. "Please forgive me."

Aravi's expression softened immediately. "Shh..." She gently brushed the tears from Kiara's face. "Don't cry. You're not well. Just rest, okay? Don't talk right now." Kiara shook her head. No. She couldn't rest. Not until she fixed everything. Not until she told the truth. Not until Donato listened.

"You don't hate me?" she asked in a trembling voice. The question made both Aravi and Kavya fall silent. Aravi stared at her for a moment before sighing. "I don't hate you, Kiara." Kiara's eyes widened slightly. Aravi continued softly. "Yes, I was angry. Very angry. What you did was wrong. You hurt people. You made terrible choices." A fresh sob escaped Kiara's lips. "But hate you?" Aravi shook her head. "No-

Before Aravi could continue, Kiara suddenly grabbed her hand. "Mom, I had reasons!" she said desperately. Her breathing became uneven. "Please believe me. I can explain everything. Please." Aravi immediately squeezed her hand."

"I'll tell you everything," Kiara continued frantically. "Everything. Just call Ro. Please call him. I need to talk to him." Her voice cracked on the last words. "I need him." Aravi exchanged a worried glance with Kavya. "We will listen to everything you have to say," Aravi assured her gently. "I promise." we will but for now you just rest okay when we go home we will talk."

Kiara shook her head repeatedly. "No No, Mom. Not later. Now. Please."

"Kiara-

"When I go home it might be too late." Tears streamed down her face. "Please call Ro." Aravi's heart broke hearing the desperation in her voice. "Sweetheart, calm down-"

"Please!" Her voice rose. "Please, Mom!" Aravi moved closer. "We'll listen, okay? Every word. But first you need to get better."

"NO!" Kiara's voice echoed through the room. "Call Ro!" The panic in her chest suddenly exploded. "RO!" She tried to sit up. "RO, WHERE ARE YOU?" Both Aravi and Kavya jumped. "Kiara!" Before either of them could stop her, she reached for the IV needle attached to her hand. She started pulling at it frantically. "I need him!"

Blood immediately appeared around the tape. "Kiara, stop!" Kavya shouted.

"RO!" Her breathing became faster. More uneven. Panic filled her eyes. "RO, PLEASE!" Aravi grabbed both of her wrists. "KIARA!" The sharp shout finally made her freeze. For a second. Only a second. Tears continued flowing nonstop. "Donato isn't here right now," Aravi said firmly while trying to calm her down.

Kiara stared at her. The words took a moment to register. Then her face went pale. "H-He isn't here?"

"No." Kavya quickly stepped forward. "He had to go to the office."

Kiara's lips parted. "He... left?"

The hurt in those two words was unbearable. Kavya immediately shook her head. "No, no. Don't think like that." Kiara looked at her silently. "He was here." The words made her freeze. "He stayed beside you the entire time." Kiara just listen ."He didn't leave your side," Kavya continued softly. "Not even for a moment."

For the first time since waking up, a tiny spark appeared in Kiara's eyes. "He... stayed?" Kavya nodded. "Yes." The tightness in Kiara's chest eased slightly. "He only left about thirty minutes ago." "He received an important call from the office," Kavya explained. "He had no choice." Kiara stared at her. Trying to decide whether to believe it. Trying to hold onto those words. Trying to convince herself that Donato hadn't abandoned her.

"He'll come back," Kavya said gently. "Soon." Kiara lowered her eyes. A tear rolled down her cheek. Then another. And another. Because despite everything... Despite the anger. Despite the hatred. Despite the accusations. One thought brought her more comfort than anything else. He stayed. Even after everything. Donato had stayed beside her hospital bed.

______

Believing Aravi and Kavya, Kiara waited. She waited with the patience of someone who had no other choice, yet every passing minute felt like an entire year. Her eyes never left the hospital room door. Every sound of footsteps in the corridor made her heart race. Every time the handle moved for a nurse or doctor, hope bloomed inside her, only to be crushed a second later.

She wanted only one thing. She wanted Donato to walk through that door. wanted him to sit beside her, wrap his arms around her, kiss her forehead, and whisper, "Everything is okay, sweetheart. I'm here. We're going home." That was all she wanted. Nothing else. Kavya tried several times to distract her.

She adjusted Kiara's blanket, made her eat a few bites, talked about random things, and reassured her over and over. "He'll come.I'm sure he will.Don't worry." But Kiara barely heard her. Her eyes remained fixed on the door. Waiting. Praying. As the afternoon slowly melted into evening, the sunlight disappeared from the windows. The room became darker, illuminated only by the soft white lights overhead.

Seven o'clock passed. Then half past seven. Still nothing. By eight that night... The door finally opened. Kiara's heart skipped a beat. A beautiful smile instantly spread across her pale face. "Ro..." She whispered his name before she even saw him properly. Donato had come. For the first time since waking up, genuine happiness lit up her exhausted face.

But it disappeared just as quickly. Because the person walking behind him. Rose. Kiara's smile froze. Her fingers instinctively tightened around the hospital blanket. What is she doing here? Why is she with him? A strange heat rose inside her chest. She didn't know whether it was jealousy, fear, or simple confusion.

Donato entered the room without meeting her eyes for more than a brief second. Their gazes met. Only for an instant. Then he quietly looked away. That tiny action hurt Kiara far more than she wanted to admit. Donato turned toward Kavya."Sister-in-law," he said quietly, "you should go home now. The driver is waiting outside to take you."

Kavya frowned. "What about Kiara?"

"Rose will stay with her." Those words made Kiara look at him in confusion. Rose? Why would Rose stay? Aren't you staying with me? Kavya looked equally surprised. "Donato... you're not staying with Kiara?" Donato rubbed his forehead tiredly before answering.

"I wanted to." His voice carried genuine regret. "But i have a flight to Japan in an hour." Everyone in the room went silent. "I received an urgent call this evening. My presence is absolutely necessary there.I have no choice." He glanced briefly toward Rose. "Don't worry."

"This hospital belongs to GoodLife Healthcare Center, and Rose is its CEO." "She knows everyone here. She'll make sure Kiara is taken care of." He looked toward Kiara. "Kiara's medical reports will arrive tomorrow morning. As soon as they do we-"

"No." Kiara's voice interrupted him. Everyone turned toward her. She was staring at him with wide, frightened eyes. "No." Her voice shook even harder this time. "You can't leave me here alone." The desperation in her words made the room painfully quiet. Donato closed his eyes. For a long moment, he said nothing. He simply stood there, taking slow breaths, trying to gather himself. When he finally opened his eyes again, they were filled with exhaustion.

Not anger. Not hatred. Just endless exhaustion. He walked closer to her bed. "Kiara..."His voice was soft. "So soft that it almost made her cry." "You're not alone." He nodded gently toward Rose. "Rose will stay beside you tonight." "And tomorrow morning, Mom and kavya Sister will come." He tried to reassure her.

But Kiara immediately shook her head. "No." Her eyes filled with tears again. "Not them." She swallowed painfully. "I want you." The words escaped before she could stop them. "I want you here." Silence filled the room. Even Rose lowered her eyes. Donato looked at Kiara for several seconds before speaking.

"If I could..." His voice broke for the first time."...I would stay.I really would." He looked away briefly before forcing himself to continue. "But this meeting can't be postponed." "My presence is required in Japan.I have to go.I'll return as soon as I can." Then, after hesitating for only a second...He stepped closer. Very carefully...He reached for her hand. The moment his fingers wrapped around hers, Kiara's trembling slowed.

It was warm. The same familiar warmth she had been craving for days. Donato gently squeezed her hand. His voice remained calm. "When I come back...He looked directly into her eyes for the first time since entering the room...we'll talk.Everything.I promise.Whatever you want to tell me...I'll listen.I won't interrupt.I'll hear every word." For the first time in days, Kiara saw something she thought she had lost forever.

Not forgiveness. Not trust. But hope. A tiny, fragile hope that perhaps...He hadn't completely closed the door on them yet. a hope that he is still her. how cruel it is isn't it? We are all suffer incurable disease called HOPE. kiara is suffering from that to. since she was on that wherehouse. she hope that she will not die there, that donato will come, and he did.

Then after things went wrong she hope that donato will not hate her atlest. and right now she saw that hope turning true becsue she just saw anger and disapointment in his eye for herself not hatred. now she is hoping that he will listen to her , that everything will be okay. only if she knows that her this hope is going to shattered in million peace.

"No..."Kiara's voice trembled as panic spread across her face. "No, Ro... please don't go." Tears spilled down her cheeks as she struggled to push herself upright despite the weakness in her body. "I-I don't trust anyone." Her breathing became uneven. "I... I don't trust Rose." She looked at him with frightened eyes, clutching his hand as though letting go would make him disappear.

"Please..." Her voice broke into a sob. "Just stay." "Please... just listen to me once." Donato immediately leaned forward and gently steadied her before she could pull out the IV again. "Kiara..." He carefully guided her back against the pillows. "Listen to me." His voice remained calm despite the exhaustion written all over his face.

"No one is going to hurt you." He brushed a loose strand of hair away from her damp forehead. "No one here hates you." "They're just angry. "They're hurt. But they are not going to harm you." His thumb gently rubbed the back of her hand, trying to soothe her trembling. "You're safe." Kiara shook her head repeatedly. Her fingers tightened around his hand.

"You don't understand..."Her voice barely came out. "I only want you no one else." Those words pierced straight through Donato's heart. He closed his eyes for a brief moment. He wished things were different. He wished he could stay. He wished the world would stop demanding pieces of him when the only place he wanted to be was beside the woman sitting in front of him. "I tried to cancel this meeting," he admitted quietly.

"I really did." "But it wasn't possible. They need me there. I have to go." His voice softened even more. "But I'll listen.Everything.When I come back." He looked directly into her tear-filled eyes. "I want to know why. I want to hear your side."So just wait for me.I'll come back to you." Those last words settled deep inside Kiara's heart. I'll come back to you.

For the first time in days...She smiled. It was small. Fragile. But it was real."I..."She struggled to speak through the tears. "I'll wait for you." Her lips trembled. "I'll wait.."Please...Come back to me." Donato nodded without hesitation. "I will." He slowly stood from the edge of the bed. Then he bent down once more. His lips rested gently against her forehead.

A lingering kiss. Warm. Tender. For that single moment...Everything else disappeared. The betrayal. The lies. The accusations. The anger. All of it faded into the background. Standing before him wasn't his stalker. She wasn't the woman everyone hated. She was simply...His wife. The woman he loved.

The woman he had missed every single night despite refusing to admit it. During the past week, grief had consumed him. Every time he thought of Enzo, his anger returned. But somewhere beneath all that pain...Love had refused to die. And over the last few days, after replaying everything again and again in his mind, he had made a decision. He would hear her.

Whatever the truth was...She deserved the chance to tell it. He had already lost the person he considered his soulmate his brother. He wasn't ready to lose the woman who held his heart as well. Unfortunately...Life refused to wait. The emergency meeting had forced him onto a plane before he could have that conversation. But he made himself a silent promise.

The moment he returned from Japan...The first thing he would do...Was sit beside Kiara.Listen to every word. And finally uncover the truth. He gently brushed his thumb across her cheek. "I'm leaving now." He offered a faint smile. "Don't overthink everything. I'll be back soon." Kiara didn't answer. She simply looked at him.

As though she were trying to memorize every detail of his face. As though she feared this might be the last time she would ever see him. Slowly...She lifted both hands. Her fingers cupped his face with incredible tenderness. She pulled him closer. Then She kissed his forehead. A soft.

Lingering. Loving kiss. When she pulled away, she rested her forehead against his for a brief moment."I'll wait for you, Ro." Her voice was barely above a whisper. Donato felt something tighten painfully inside his chest. He wanted to answer. He wanted to tell her that he loved her. That everything would be okay.

That they would fix this together. But the words never came. Something held them prisoner behind his lips. So instead... He simply nodded. Very gently. Then he slowly removed her hands from his face. His fingers lingered around hers for one last second before letting go. He turned toward Rose and Kavya. "Please take care of her." His voice was quiet. But carried the weight of trust. Both women nodded silently. Donato looked back one final time.

Kiara was still watching him. Without blinking. Without moving. As if she wanted her eyes to follow him forever. He held her gaze for a heartbeat. Then another. Finally...He turned around. Walked out of the hospital room. And the door closed softly behind him. The sound was almost silent. Yet to Kiara...It felt louder than thunder.

If I get a chance' i will give you the ability to see yourself through my eyes.
Then you will know how much you are mean to me, how much i love you,
what heaven feel like, a green heaven, your eyes.

______

Morning arrived, but for Kiara, the night had never truly ended. She hadn't slept. Not even for a single second. She had tried. Countless times she had closed her eyes, hoping that when she opened them again it would already be tomorrow, and Donato would be standing beside her bed, keeping the promise he had made before leaving.

"I'll come back to you."

But sleep refused to come. Her eyes remained fixed on the white ceiling above her, empty and lifeless. Every ticking second stretched into an eternity. The room felt unbearably quiet. After Donato had left the previous evening, Kavya had stayed for a little while longer. Before leaving, she had adjusted Kiara's blanket and gently assured her. "We'll be back in the morning. Don't worry. Rose is here. She'll take care of you."

Kiara had believed her. At least for a few minutes. But the moment Kavya walked out of the room, Rose's attitude changed completely. It was as if Kiara no longer existed. She ignored her. Ignored every call. Ignored every request for water. Hours passed before Rose finally entered the room once. She stood near the door instead of approaching the bed.

Her face carried nothing but bitterness. "You destroyed everything." Her voice was cold. "You destroyed this family." "You took Enzo away from us." She stared directly at Kiara. "Donato will never forgive you." Those words hit harder than any slap. Something inside Kiara snapped. She sat upright despite the pain shooting through her body.

"Get out." Her voice was low at first. Rose didn't move. Kiara's breathing became heavier. "I said get out!" Her voice echoed through the room. "I never want to see your face again!" Her hands trembled violently. "If you come near me again..."Her migraine exploded behind her eyes. Her vision blurred.

"I'll..." She clenched the bedsheet so tightly that her knuckles turned white. "I'll kill you too..." Her breathing became uneven....just like Tara." The room fell silent. Rose's face drained of all color. Fear flashed across her eyes. " you are a psycho she shouted."

"Yes i am did you heard it I am a psycho, and this psycho will kil you if you didnt leave this room in next sceond." kiara shouted back. Without another word, Rose hurried out of the room. And she never returned. Not once. Not to check on Kiara. Kiara slowly leaned back against the pillow. Closing her burning eyes, she whispered to herself, "I just want to go home...I'll wait there for him. He promised he'd come back."
___

The clock struck ten the morning. The hospital room door opened. Aravi entered first. Behind her came Mr. Romano, Albert, and Kavya. The atmosphere immediately softened. Unlike the previous week, none of them looked at Kiara with open anger. Instead... They looked worried. Exhausted. Kavya walked toward the bed. "How are you feeling?"

Before Kiara could answer Another knock came. The doctor entered. Behind him stood Rose. The doctor greeted everyone politely. "Good morning, Mr. Romano." Everyone nodded. The doctor adjusted the file in his hands. "The patient's reports have arrived." The seriousness on both the doctor's and Rose's faces immediately caught everyone's attention.

Kavya frowned. "Doctor..."She stepped forward. "Is everything alright?" The doctor looked at her with visible hesitation. "I'm afraid..." He paused "no." Silence settled over the room. Mr. Romano immediately spoke. "What do you mean? Is my daughter-in-law alright?"

The doctor took a slow breath before opening the medical file. "Mr. Romano..." "After reviewing her medical report, "We believe Mrs. Kiara Romano is suffering from IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder.) The words seemed to hang in the air. No one spoke.
***

{ Author Note: "Intermittent Explosive Disorder, or IED, is a mental health condition characterized by sudden, impulsive episodes of intense anger that are far greater than the situation warrants. The person usually does not plan these outbursts. They happen suddenly, often without enough time for the person to calm themselves. They may shout, throw objects, damage property, or threaten or physically attack others during an episode." i dont have any knowledge about medical filed. i search this from google and that what I found out, so please forgive me if there is wrong something.}

****

Doctor looked toward Kiara briefly before continuing. "This condition is treatable, but it requires proper psychiatric care, therapy, and sometimes medication. "The episodes can become dangerous if left untreated---both for the patient and for people around them." He closed the file halfway.

"We were informed that yesterday Mrs. Romano became aggressive toward Miss Rose and threatened to kill her." Rose lowered her eyes dramatically, saying nothing. The doctor continued. "Combined with the medical findings and what we observed during her panic episode yesterday, we strongly recommend immediate psychiatric treatment."

He looked directly at Mr. Romano. "It would be in Mrs. Romano's best interest to admit her to a specialized mental health hospital where she can receive constant observation and treatment." The room went completely silent. No one moved. No one even breathed. Kavya's lips parted in disbelief. "No..." she whispered, barely audible. "That... that can't be true."

I don't have much to say today. I don't know if this story is going in the right direction. I know some of you may feel disappointed with the way things are unfolding, and I completely understand that. But I want to assure all of you of one thing. everything will be okay in the end. It may take time, and the journey may be painful, but the ending will be worth it.

I originally planned to finish this story around Chapter 85, but it looks like it might take another five chapters or so. Let's see where the story takes us. Thank you so much for staying with me throughout this journey. If you're enjoying the story, please vote and comment. See you in the next chapter. Bye bye. ❀️
